Whilst most of us accept that this statement is true, living this principle during our day-to-day human lives can be challenging. I believe that we can step towards and into our intentional reality by prioritising our inner beings and upgrading our frequency to match our desires. For this to be successful and your desires to show up in your reality, you will need to sustain a consistent vibration which matches your desire. The Intentional Reality System was created to enable you to consistently elevate your frequency with 5 easy steps.
First of all, you may be wondering what actually is 'intentional reality'?
Quite simply, your intentional reality is a reality where you are living your desires. You are observing your creations manifesting in your reality with ease and joy. You act intentionally which is aligned to your desires. Wishing is a thing of the past and living the life you want to live is your reality. Harnessing your own manifesting power is a skill that you perfect as you experience human life. I teach my clients how to step into their intentional reality bit by bit and before long your desires have manifested in your reality. I believe that spiritual side is 80% of the work compared to 20% action when creating our reality. This is not to say that action is not important, because it is. However, aligned and inspired action is the space you want to be creating from. When you focus on your vibration and your inner spiritual being, you fast track your way to creating your reality with ease.
5 STEP SYSTEM
The first of the 5 steps is the most exciting part, deciding on your desire. This is a key step in creating your intentional reality. I know this may seem obvious, but many skip this step and wish for better circumstances without specifying what. For example, you may wish to manifest a bigger home as you're unhappy with your current home. Just wishing for a better home than what you already have may seem like the most sensible thing to do, as to not limit yourself. However, this method is sending mixed messages to the universe. Being specific about your desire is very important. Working with the same example, think about the details of the home you'd like. How many bedrooms does it have? Where is it? What does it look like? The more detail the better.
This brings us to step 2, scripting your intentional reality.
Scripting is a powerful tool where you write your reality as if your desire already has happened. Using the example of a new home, you may script what your day-to-day life looks like in your new home. Who is there? What do you during the day? Who comes over? Do you cook dinner every night in your new kitchen? Do you have parties? What does your morning routine look like? The more detail the better. The main point here is to write in the present tense as if your desire has already appeared in your reality. Every single day, you are going to reread your script.
Step 3 is an easy step where you listen to a subliminal which supports your desire. I have a range of free subliminal audios which I continuously add to on my YouTube channel, The Zen Library. Subliminals work to reprogram your subconscious mind. I recommend you listen for at least 1 hour a day or more. You can't listen too much. Choose a maximum of 2 subliminals which support your desire to maximise results. Step 4 is an important step to ensuring your frequency is being thrown out to the universe. Predictive meditation was a meditation technique that I created solely to retune your frequency to match that of your desire (the key to manifesting). Meaning, once you are at the point of the meditation where you are relaxed and, in the vortex, you will then think about your desire as if it has already happened. Step 5 is to encourage the act of gratitude by journaling. Gratitude is an underrated manifesting tool as if you do not appreciate what you already have, more will not come. You can incorporate this into your routine anytime of the day. Getting into the habit of journaling out your feelings and writing what you are grateful for is a sure way to intentionally align your frequency.
